This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Fireplace Fantasies (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Made-to-Order Production

All products sold by Fireplace Fantasies are custom made to order.

Orders are typically processed and produced within:

2–5 business days

Production times may vary during:

  • Holidays

  • Peak seasons (Q4)

  • Promotional events

  • High-volume periods

Production time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Time Estimates

After production, estimated shipping times are:

United States

3–7 business days

Canada

5–10 business days

United Kingdom & Europe

5–12 business days

International

7–21 business days (varies by country)

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or global events are outside of our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Product type

  • Quantity ordered

In some cases, we may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Fireplace Fantasies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to sender due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Insufficient address

  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Fireplace Fantasies is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors

  • Checking around your delivery area

  • Contacting the carrier directly

If you believe your package was misdelivered, contact the shipping carrier first.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Fireplace Fantasies is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.


8. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on:

  • Product type

  • Fulfillment center location

  • Availability

You may receive multiple tracking numbers.


9. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather events

  • Global supply chain disruptions

  • Peak season demand

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Refunds will not be issued due to carrier-related delays.
